BACKGROUND
The development, by Robyn Archer, AO of ‘Towards a Cultural Strategy for Launceston’ set out a vision for capitalizing on the broad range of cultural assets which exist in the city. The vision sees the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery as a centerpiece of the strategy.
